Mediation and resolution of complaints and disputes with online casinos

Reputation is vital to the prosperity of a casino. Therefore, most casinos will cooperate with Gambling Grumbles investigations to avoid a negative report.

Whilst Gambling Grumbles cannot guarantee results, it does its best to resolve all disputes.

1) Gambling Grumbles requires that you have contacted the casino yourself at least once and either have waited two weeks for a reply or have received a negative answer.
2) You must tell us what the casino replied (or whether it ignored your complaint).
3) Different casinos have different rules, especially in regards to bonuses, and it is your responsibility to read what they have posted on their websites.
4) You are obliged to follow the posted terms and conditions of the bonus. If you meet the wagering requirement and other terms you should be paid.

1) It is the casino's responsibility to live up to the promise it has made.
2) If the player accepts a bonus offer, the casino is bound to the terms of the offer.

If Gambling Grumbles feels that the complaint is invalid:

1) You will be informed and given the reason.
2) The casino will not be contacted.

Your claim will not be met if there is evidence of:

1) Opening multiple accounts
2) Use of false or misleading information
3) False claims or tampering with screen shots
4) Charging back losses
5) Other dishonest behaviour

It is Gambling Grumbles' experience that most complaints are the result of misunderstandings between the player and the casino and can be resolved through mediation. It is in these cases that Gambling Grumbles is most effective.

1) Commercial considerations in no way influence Gambling Grumbles in its dealings with a casino. A complaint against a large casino will be treated in the same way as a small casino.
2) Your full name will never be published on Gambling Grumbles (although you may be referred to you by your first name, last initial, and city) and -- whether the casino agrees with you or not -- a report will be placed on the Gambling Grumbles website so that others can determine for themselves if they want to play there.

3) Provide as much information as possible, including what attempts you have made to get the casino to settle problem
4) Supply the e-mail address you use for your casino account.
5) You might be asked for more details if Gambling Grumbles needs these before approaching the casino.
You will receive acknowledgement of receipt of your complaint and will be told whether and how Gambling Grumbles will proceed.

Graeme Levin, the founder and operator of Gambling.com until it was sold in 2003, is the founder and owner of The Gambling City network and the new Gambling Grumbles. Graeme is highly respected in the industry and was a doyen of the Online Gambling Industry, being involved since 1996.
