"They have paid the $125 that was approved and added $25. $150 has appeared in my quicktender account, you work miracles!"

While Gambling Grumbles is always happy to get an e-mail like that one from De J. of Idaho, we really can't work miracles. What we can do is contact the casino for you, and if your grumble is a valid one, and the casino is both honest and and concerned about its player relations, help sweep away the problem.

That was the case with Black Lights Casino.

De had written to us saying that "Blacklights casino has had my withdrawal 'approved' since April 24th. I have spoken with chat many times but have never once had a reply to an e-mail".

He also sent us screen shots of his account and his Live Help chats which backed up what he said.

We wrote to Black Lights and less than 24 hours later, De received this letter from Tom of the casino's finance team:

"I am contacting you regarding your withdrawal.

"I was contacted by our online Support Management and I would like to provide you with an explanation regarding your withdrawal.

"It seems that your pending withdrawal was approved on the same day you have made your withdrawal request.
We have tried to find out why was it approved without any reasonable explanation, but we were unable.
Our Tech Department informed me that it is due to a bug in the system.

"Nevertheless, your $125 approved withdrawal was issued. I also took the liberty of compensating you with an additional $25. Your winnings were sent to your Quick Tender account today, you will probably be able to see it within 24 hours max.

"I am very sorry for the entire confusion and inconvenience, it was unintended and honest mistake.

"We are very sorry for this unfortunate mishap".

When De looked at his Quick Tender account he saw that the money was, indeed, there.

I just wish that all grumbles could be resolved this easily.
