This is reserved for casinos which either do not bother responding to complaints sent in to it or, if they do, do not keep their promises. Club Player has the unique "distinction" of meeting both of these requirements.
In an earlier case, the first complaint was initially resolved and we posted a very favorable report -- only to replace it with a negative one when Club Player did not live up to its promise to us.
This time, Jerri H of Massachusetts, told us that after her bonus was removed from her account she was left with a balance of $6743. She asked for it to be sent to her bank by overnight express wire, that Club Player decided to split it into four payments of $1416 (without her permission), but "my withdrawal date of the win was December 20th 2010 which I had requested on the same night. and on December 29th 2010 they did approve one of the 4 payments.
"Now today is January 21, 2011 and I have not received one cent. I keep calling and getting the run around, and they keep saying 'next week' over and over again."
She quoted from your Club Player's posted policies which read: "Casino Policy
"7-10 business days for approval.
"7-10 business days until it is sent".
This time, Club Player did not lie to Gambling Grumbles. It just ignored our inquiry.
It has not, however, been honest with Jerri.
Before writing this report, Gambling Grumbles wrote to her asking if she had heard from Club Player.
"Yes," she said. "I have had many chats with them, since then. So far it is always the same. I am so disgusted, and tired of the fraud, it is simply unacceptable. I actually just got off the phone with them, I wanted to give them a fresh call so that I could send you the latest transcript. I have attached a copy. By their own policy I should have received the full amount on December 29, 2010.
"Tomorrow is February 1, 2011 and not even one cent! Can they get away with not paying me? How long can they do this? It is so unfair. I have plenty of saved chats to show you the lying from December right up to now. Over and over again they have lied".
