There is no question that the latter was the case with Cynthia W's attempt to withdraw her $940.50.
Cynthia wrote to us from New Mexico to tell us, "I have been trying to initiate a withdrawal for a full week now. There is only one method available in my cashier (wire) but when you click on that method it is not available.
"The exact wording is : Wire Transfer Unavailable Due to current withdrawal limits, this withdrawal method is not available at the moment.
"I have been in chat daily and am told that it is a technical issue and they have forwarded my issue to the technical department.
"I have emailed numerous times and did get one reply which also said they are having a technical problem and I should 'wait for some time'".
We wrote to Crazy Luck and got a rapid reply, telling us that "We have already tried to contact her through calls to informe her that issue has resolved but we don't get any reply .
"So please inform her that she can place her withdrawal".
We did and Cynthia wrote back saying, "I was pleasantly surprised to find a withdrawal option available to me last night."
Now that the communications between Cynthia and the casino are back up we have every reason to believe that she will soon be enjoying her $940.50.
