This report is actually going to tell you more about how Gambling Grumbles works than the complaint that Dianne N of Australia sent us saying "I won over 3000 Euros at Fly Casino and I tried to make a withdrawal and was went to log back on and play some more and found my balance was 0.

"I asked on chat where my money was and they told me 'The funds were cut by the Finance team'.

"I asked why and I was then told 'Please be advised that based on your game play our account management team has voided your winnings'.

"I don't understand what they mean as I am sure I did not break any rules.

"I feel like I've been robbed of my winning, please help.'"

We received a reply from Fly Casino pointing out that "Omni Casino and Fly Casino are backed by over 18 years of professional gaming experience. We did not make it this long by being a bad operator against the players. This clearly speaks for itself. With that said, we also have operated this long as we have intense and rather smart security people with us whom have seen just about every fraud move out there. This group...honestly, are amateurs!

"Here is the bottom line: This player is a part of a really bad (stupid) multiple bonus claiming group. We have more than enough clear and OVERWHELMING evidence to prove beyond any doubt whatsoever that this group tried to attack Fly Casino in a coordinated effort to claim multiple bonuses from an Affiliate site that was offering an exclusive bonus being promoted at the time only by them. We will walk into any hearing, courtroom or gaming commission and be able to present our case in under 3 minutes and walk away winning the dispute. It's that clear and obvious."

The casino offered to tell us "exactly what we have found" but would not allow us to publicize it so as not to give others a lesson on how to avoid detection.

Some sites would have accepted this offer and, at the end, have concluded that Fly Casino was right not to pay Dianne. Gambling Grumbles will not.

Why? Because it goes against one of the very reasons that Gambling Grumbles exists. Yes, our first aim is to try to get a result which is mutually acceptable to both the player and the casino. Failing that, we try to show exactly why such a result is impossible (be it the player or the casino who is at fault). However, we feel that we have another important obligation -- and that is to give our readers enough information to be able to determine for themselves if they want to play at a casino.

What we do know for a fact is that Omni Casino does, as it says, have a long history of playing fairly with its players. We don't know (admittedly because of our own refusal to find out "off the record") is if Fly Casino dealt fairly with Dianne.

Some other casinos have made us similar offers in the past and we have refused them. Frankly, if the FBI or its equivalent in any other western nation, can go into a public courtroom and give detailed information of exactly what a defendant is accused of doing, without endangering national security or inspiring a crime wave from others who learn from the trials how to avoid detection, then an online casino is not risking very much by publicly offering the same standard of proof.

It may be that Fly Casino's case, although made in good faith, does not stand up to scrutiny. This would not be the first time that this happened. We remember two very large cases where the casinos were completely convinced that they were in the right. Other websites, in fact, agreed with them. Yet when we were told why they refused, and got back to the players involved, in both cases these players were able to prove that they had dealt honestly with the casinos -- and following our suggestions, the casinos, in turn, accepted what they players said.

On the other hand, there have been instances where the casinos proved their contentions and we when we posted the reports, our readers were able to see why the casinos refused to pay and knew that they could play there with the confidence that they would not be cheated. This would have been impossible if we only said, "the casino told us off the record why it would not pay".

True, as Fly Casino contends, there is a price to pay for publicly stating what it believes. It does make the job a bit more difficult for its security team. On the other hand, if it is right it will build up player confidence and if it is wrong, an injustice may be avoided. We feel that having these conclusions made public more than offsets any difficulties which may be caused by the light of publicity.
