The reason is simple: Trevor had £8884 in his account when he went to cash out.
"They only paid me £6,000 of my win as they said they changed their terms on the 1st of February to say 'you will be limited to a maximum withdrawal value of 6 times your first deposit amount and any remaining balance will be forfeited,'" he told us.
