She then realized that she had 45 Euros left in the slot game she had been playing and was told by Noble that she could not cash out the 3000 Euros from roulette because it has a rule prohibiting playing roulette while a slot bonus is open. Her contention, of course, is that not only was she unaware that the bonus was still open but the roulette bet was made from a new deposit which had no connection to the slot bonus. She said, however, that she would play through the slot bonus requirements, which she did, and actually won more money -- giving her a balance of 4132 Euros. The casino has refused to pay her anything, saying that her roulette play violated the T&Cs. "I have been a customer of Noble Casino for around a year, they sent me many bonus offers to deposit and I played with bonuses and without bonuses on a regular basis," Heike told us.
